Individual assignments are listed in the syllabus.
Assignments must be submitted on a regular basis to enable the instructor
to monitor progress.
Assignments may be dropped off, by handing them to the lab assistant;
who will date and submit to the instructor.
Graded homework will be returned to the appropriate graded homework
file for pick-up.
- Testing is conducted in the Regional Technology Center, Room 2110 or online
(check your course syllabus).
- Tests are on file for each Open-Entry Open-Exit module.
- Tests are to be taken after completion of the required tutorials and
or chapters as designated in the syllabus.
- A picture ID must be presented to the Open-Entry Open-Exit Personnel
at the time of testing.
- Put the following information on the test: Open-Entry, Open-Exit module
or course number, test to be taken and instructor name.
- Tests must be taken in the OE lab or as specified by instructor.
- Tests will be picked up by the OE staff, graded and placed in the appropriate
Pick-up File located in the OE lab.
Financial Aid is available for qualifying students. A complete tabloid
of all semester offerings, contacts and other information concerning
schedules, enrollment, etc. is available.
There are special considerations for students who are receiving financial
aid and enroll in Open-Entry Open-Exit courses. Please contact the
Financial Aid Office at (810)762-0144.
You may register for Open-Entry Open-Exit modules or courses by
mail, fax, online or through walk-in registration at any time. Specific details
are listed in the College schedule. The Registration Center is located
in the Prahl Center. For hours or additional information call (810)762-0221.
A student who cancels their registration prior to the first day of
instruction, or officially withdraws from the Open-Entry Open-Exit
module or course during the first week shall be entitled to a full
refund, less the registration fee. (YOU MUST OFFICIALLY WITHDRAW WHETHER
OR NOT YOU ATTEND THE LAB OR ORIENTATION SESSION). Students may enroll
at any time.

a contract with your instructor specifing your start and end date.
