In response to the expressed needs of the employer community for flexible, convenient access to credit instruction, MCC offers modularized courses for academic credit. These courses are delivered in an open entry, open exit mode and designed to be offered in instructional units as small as one credit.

What is an OE² course?

This is a course where a student can register later or earlier than the official registration period and, in consultation with the instructor, choose an entry and exit date. There are no specific meeting times for this type of course. The students will come to the lab to work on the course materials. Instructor hours are available on the web and posted in the OE lab. OE classes are not distance learning or campus-free — students will have to spend some time working in the OE lab.
